Hearing — Travel and Expenses System for NAV

NAV plans to hold a contest for a travel and expenses system as software as a service (SaaS). It is important for NAV that there is a dialogue with suppliers and manufacturers in order to achieve good competition. The draft of the contract annexes is therefore sent out for a hearing. NAV would like input on all parts of the annexes, particularly: 1) Is Annex 1, hereunder requirements, need and user histories clear and possible to answer? 2) Are there absolute requirements the suppliers believe hinder competition? 3) Are there areas and/or information suppliers believe is missing in the hearing draft? 4) Is Annex 6 sufficient to give a correct price offer? 5) Do suppliers have feedback on the chosen contract model SSA-L? NAV requests feedback by Thursday 3 June 2021 at 15.00.
