Taunton Deane Borough Council (TDBC) is requesting Expressions of Interest from hotel operators to take part in a tender process that will start at the end of July 2017. The procurement is being run in accordance with the requirements under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Light-Touch regime.
Stage 1 Expressions of interest (EOI): TDBC seeks Expressions of Interest from potential operators and brands for a proposed hotel on the Firepool site in Taunton. Interested parties should complete the Expression of Interest template provided and return by the deadline for EOIs.
Parties meeting the participating conditions will be invited to participate in Stage 2 Invitation to Tender. For parties that have not expressed interest at this stage, there will be no further announcement.
