Home delivery of continence products in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Milton Keynes.

Buckinghamshire Healthcare, Milton Keynes Community Health Services and Berkshire Healthcare (East and West Berkshire) require providers to tender for a fully integrated Home Delivery service for continence products direct to clients either in their own home or care home (approximately 20 000 patients in all). The service is to include all products, delivery, IT-based ordering systems and service support (including start-up and ongoing training, education and literature). All products must be in plain packages and the delivery vehicle must not advertise either the product or the type of service being supplied. All drivers must have enhanced CRB clearance and the contractor must be registered in accordance with the data protection Act 1998. There will be separate contracts with each Trust, three year contracts with appropriate break clause at each anniversary.
