Derry City and Strabane District Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced firm to supply and deliver artificial cone trees to be used as part of the festive lighting installation. Tender reference T ENV20-048. The tender will be assessed independently in two lots; bidders can choose to apply for one or both of the lots. Lot 1 relates to the purchase of artificial trees; Lot 2 relate to the lease of artificial trees. Council will appoint either lot 1 or 2 not both, subject to available budget. Please note: Council advise the prospective suppliers that this tender is based on the availability of budget and Council reserve the right to purchase all, some or none of the goods within this document. Lot 1: Supply and Delivery of up to 7 No Artificial Trees. Lot 2: 10-year Lease of 7 No Artificial Trees. Please refer to tender document for further detail.
