Warwickshire Direct Partnership (WDP) operates a customer contact centre which handles public and general enquiries. This procurement was to organise the provision of a telephony system to be used by the Contact Centre to handle enquiries. The procurement process used the crown commercial service's digital marketplace (G-Cloud 10 Framework) to identify and directly award this contract. Following the principles of the marketplace, the call-off has a 2-year initial term with an extension option afterwards.
