The purpose of the this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert the market that Curo Group (Curo) is preparing a tender exercise for the provision of works outlined below. This requirement will be advertised in the very near future and Curo would like to invite potential service providers to commence preparation for this process. Curo are constructing a 4 year Framework Agreement comprising of a maximum number of 10 Service Providers to enter into a Framework Agreement to supply services. The works required are essential to support and underpin Curo's statutory responsibility to provide and ensure every electrical installation across the property portfolio is electrically safe and up to relevant British Standard. Each property contained within this programme will require all successful service Providers to undertake: —A full electrical test and inspection. —Rectification of any CAT1 faults on site. —Rectification of any CAT2 faults (providing they fall underneath the authorised financial threshold of 200 GBP). —An assessment of the domestic smoke detection systems. —To submit certification and any no access evidence. —To submit valuations of any high cost remedial works identified. —Install and upgrade domestic smoke detection systems, where warranted and where works fall within the financial threshold. Contract Details Potential Providers invited to join the Framework Agreement will be termed Service Providers, and will be required to sign the Curo Framework Agreement. Furthermore, Service Providers undertaking work as a result of acceptance onto the Framework Agreement will be required to enter into Curo Group's Standard Agreement for the provision of Non-Construction Services. Allocation of Works Curo shall be determining the annual requirement and allocating lots as described below: —Annual programmes determined on or around the anniversary of the Framework Agreement. —This will be divided into 4 distinct Lots determined by geographical location. —All appointed Service Providers will receive at least 1 initial Lot of 100 properties. —Once the initial Lot(s) is / are 100 % complete and satisfactorily evidenced to Curo's Contract Manager subsequent Lot(s) will be issued. —All Lots will comprise of 100 properties, unless otherwise determined by the Curo Contract Manager. —The award of subsequent Lots will be dependent on 100 % evidenced completion and achieving the stipulated KPI targets. This approach is designed to drive both performance and efficiency, whilst ensuring that all properties are serviced in a timely manner.
