The Council has published this Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) to alert potentially interested contractors (who hold the appropriate and relevant experience) of this potential opportunity. For the avoidance of doubt, this PIN is not part of a formal procurement process and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to procuring the Property Consultancy Framework Agreement 2015-2019. The Council currently proposes to commence the procurement process for the Framework Agreement in September 2014. The Contractor will be expected to provide the consultancy under this Framework Agreement to any local authority or other public sector body within the County of Hertfordshire that is authorised by the Council, including all Hertfordshire state maintained schools (which includes Community Schools, Foundation and Trust Schools, Voluntary Aided Schools, Voluntary Controlled Schools, Voluntary Schools, Academies, Pupil Referral Units and Free Schools). Any organisation that utilises this Framework Agreement shall do so under the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement. The current estimated value of the Framework Agreement has been provided below and the indicative values relate to a 4 year period. Please note that there will be no guarantee of work, or any set volume of work under the proposed Framework Agreement.
