The scope includes the supply of machinery and erection of machinery and other mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment to biogas plant including: — Design, supply, construction, erection, equipment for controlling, regulating and monitoring (SCADA) of process equipment, commissioning, testing for performance, certification, instruction and training of the operator's personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Works prior to take-over. — Documentation and authority processing and necessary permits and approvals. The scope shall include all ancillary and auxiliary equipment and systems, interconnecting piping, cabling, instrumentation and interface work with upstream or downstream facilities, the provision of all labour, materials, Contractor's equipment, temporary works, and everything whether of a temporary or permanent nature, required to provide a complete working installation meeting the performance parameters defined in the Contract and otherwise agreed between the two parties and providing all of the facilities necessary for the operation and maintenance of the installations and the Site on which the installations are situated. The Contractor shall hand over the project and demonstrate its performance whilst the Plant is operated by the Employer's staff under the supervision of the Contractor, including training of the Employer's staff and personnel in accordance with prudent operating and maintenance practices, carrying out of all Tests as defined in the Technical Conditions, all in accordance with established technical principles and in accordance with the Technical Conditions and to the satisfaction of the Employer. The evaluation will be based on plant price, operation cost and guarantees for capacity and consumables.
