Procurement for Housing Limited (PfH) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of the contract hire of cars, light commercial and medium commercial vehicles up to 12.5t with fleet management and associated services. The framework agreement is for use by, but not limited to. (1) Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Councils, Registered Social Landlords, Arm’s Length Management Organisation and other public sector organisations such as defence or education. The Framework includes the provision of vehicle leasing, contract hire, daily rental, including but not limited to electric, petrol, diesel, hybrid and hydrogen vehicles, telematics, racking, fuel cards and all associated goods and services including fleet management, e.g. livery and other provisions. The quantities and types of vehicles required by the users of the framework identified in the above description and to be procured via the procurement for housing (PfH) framework will be determined over the course of the contract.
