This provides an opportunity for our highest level leaders to accelerate their leadership journey towards world class. Participants, recommended by HIE, will comprise ambitious leaders from our highest growth organisations and may include leaders from our inward investment portfolio. The successful supplier will be expected to design an innovative and inspirational structure for the programme to reflect international best practice which will challenge and transform leadership ambition in the Highlands and Islands. It will inspire participants to increase their ambition, confidence and capability to think big, act strategically and to execute a step change in their business growth. Whilst individual development is important, of greater significance is the impact on the growth of each organisation and the overall impact on economic growth in the Highlands and Islands. Over three years, it will provide 30-36 participants with the opportunity to advance their leadership development.
