RCT Homes, through a competitive tender process wishes to appoint contractors to deliver a Service for the provision of a Social Alarm, Emergency Out of Hours and Call Monitoring Service to RCT Homes properties. RCT Homes requires a provider of the service who will ensure that there is an immediate response to all Calls 365 days of the year including all weekends, public holidays and religious festivals when RCT Homes offices are closed / and relevant staff are not at complexes. The successful contractor must be capable of providing a service that: — Answers all alarm calls; — Be capable of assessing all calls; — Providing an appropriate response in line with agreed policies and procedures; — Be able to respond to access calls from GP's, care and support agencies and emergency services.
