Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has a requirement for the reactive supply and fit of glazing to tenanted houses and a range of other council properties. It is anticipated that the largest part of the contract (approximately 60 % or around 90 000 GBP annually) will be for the supply only element such as double glazed units and sheet/cut glass for use by the council's own glazing fitters.390 000 The contract will be for a period of 2 and a half years commencing 1.12.2017 and ending on 30.6.2020. The estimated annual expenditure is approximately 156 000 GBP based on historical spend but the same on-going level cannot be guaranteed.
