This Tender is to establish a multi supplier framework of Projects Engineers for Small & Minor Works projects at University College Cork with a maximum of Five (5) participating teams. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contract for the role of Project Engineer based on 37.5 hours per week for 92 weeks over a 24-month duration (taking cognisance of annual leave). The Project Engineer will have a Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) background and will work primarily on various UCC small & minor works projects and will be required to support the Capital Projects Office team to manage the delivery of multiple projects from 2022 to 2024, reporting directly to an appointed member of the Capital Projects Office team. the project engineer will assist the appointed member with the day to day management of the projects
