The Provider shall provide the "Company" (Heathrow Airport Limited) with a consistent, high-quality 24/7-365day world-wide corporate travel services; that provides all company employees with flexible travel booking services. The service should be capable of facilitating both single point-to-point journeys and complex itineraries with multiple connections. The service shall support the Company's corporate travel arrangements and shall include, but not be limited to the following; Air , Rail & Sea Travel Short-term Car Hire Taxis Accomodation (Bedrooms & Meeting Rooms) Traveller Tracking. Suppliers will be required to; Manage bookings, ticket issue, payments and changes. Negotiate hotel rates on behalf of the Company Manage the application of rates for Heathrow direct agreements such as BA and Arora Hotel Provide an online booking tool service Provide 24/7 Call Centre Option
