The Mid Kent Improvement Partnership (MKIP) has been set up to manage the transition and sharing of services between Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Swale Borough Councils (the Councils). Fundamental to this is an ICT foundation that is accessible from any location and three key areas are currently being considered i.e. Data Centre Consolidation, Desktop Applications and Telecommunications This requirement is concerned with the contact centre, which is the provision of a replacement, centralised contact centre system for all three councils, with local access for shared services as well as individual requirements.
