Meals on Wheels Service for Vulnerable People.

Portsmouth City Council is looking to let a concession contract for provision of a Meals on Wheels service to vulnerable people at risk of social isolation with Portsmouth City boundaries. The length of the concession will be five years with options to extend for two years in one year increments to a maximum of seven years subject to agreement and performance of the contract. The provider will be expected to promote and develop the service to increase the take up and ensure that service represents value for money for the service users.
