Renfrewshire Council is working to deliver a Housing Investment Programme across its council housing stock by establishing a Framework Contract with a maximum of three competent Tenderers on each of 2 lots, the scope is as follows: Lot 1 - For the delivery of a programme of internal improvement works covering the design, supply and installation of bathrooms and partial or complete rewiring works with the option to include kitchens, central heating systems and/or boiler replacements in some cases as part of that package of upgrading to tenant occupied properties within Renfrewshire. Lot 2 Separately for the design, supply and installation of central heating systems and/or boilers to tenant occupied properties within Renfrewshire.
