Minor Construction Works for South High value

A Devon County Council framework agreement for carrying out minor construction works covering the period from November 2017 to October 2021. The number of schemes is not known. The schemes, each of which will have an estimated value of from 10 000 GBP up to 500 000 GBP or 1 000 000 GBP as appropriate, will be the subject of an individual Works Order issued by the Project Manager/Supervisor. The types of works include footways, cycle routes, bus priorities, pedestrian crossings, traffic calming and works to recycling centres. Structural work, such as retaining walls and bridge deck repair, may also be included. The Form of Contract will be the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (April 2013) as detailed in Volume 1 of the Procurement Documents.
