SRUC delivers comprehensive skills, education and business support for Scotland's land-based industries, founded on world class and sector-leading research, education and consultancy. SRUC has been formed by the merger of Barony, Elmwood and Oatridge Colleges and the Scottish Agricultural College. SRUC currently has six campuses at Aberdeen, Ayr, Broxburn, Cupar, Dumfries and Edinburgh. SRUC invites expressions of interest for the provision of soft services including catering, cleaning and other soft services. Services currently required are as follows: Craibstone Campus (Aberdeen) – catering services including hospitality and bar provision, cleaning services, residential laundry services and internal waste management, Auchincruive Campus, Ayr – cleaning services, portering and internal waste management, Both sites - janitorial supplies including the provision and management of consumables, dust mats and feminine hygiene services, The current approximate total annual contract value is 600 000 GBP. SRUC may at a later date wish to extend the provision of these services to other sites, potentially including: Elmwood Campus, Cupar, Oatridge Campus, Broxburn, Bush Estate, Edinburgh, Kings Buildings Campus, Edinburgh, Barony Campus, Dumfries. SRUC may also at a later date increase the scope of the contract to include other soft services on an SRUC estate-wide basis. The contract will commence on 29.7.2014 for a period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two further 1-year periods. This contract is being tendered as a Part A Service under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012, as amended.
