This International Invitation for Tenders relates to the contract for Roof Insulation and Waterproofing. This contract will include: Roof Insulation and Waterproofing; This contract is expected to be implemented from September 2015 to December 2016 The criteria of the tender evaluation is: The lowest evaluated price method; All firms, from Eligible Sources Countries as defined in the Procurement Guidelines of European Investment Bank and also qualified for the following requirements, will be invited to participate in the tender: (i) shall be independent artificial person; (ii) shall have a good reputation and the performance ability for contract (iii) shall submit the effective qualification of Class 2 or above in Construction and water proof Engineering (or equivalent qualification); (iv) shall have “Work Safety License”; (v) shall have a project manager who obtains the Registered Construction Qualification in House Construction level 2 or above (who shall not be designated in other projects during the same time period); (vi) shall submit the “File Record of register certification in Heilongjiang Province ”for the firm which is out of Helongjiang Province; (vii) shall have the perfective maintenance service system and provide fast and good maintenance services; (viii) The Consortium shall not be accepted in this project.
