The procuring entity intends to apply a part of financing allocated under the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme (UMIP) to eligible payments to a qualified contractor for performance of comprehensive thermal modernisation of the buildings of selected public health care institutions in the Volyn Region. The Contractor’s scope of works includes elaboration of design documents, performance of civil works and remedying any defects therein, procurement and delivery of plant, equipment and materials, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of thermo-modernisation works on the selected buildings of the health care institutions in the Volyn Region. The works will be carried out under Standard World Bank’s Contract Conditions for Small Works (2015).
