Statsbygg wants to implement qualification of participants that may be interested in submitting a tender for a partnering contract for K306 Security systems in connection with project 1004910 the New Government quarter. Please note that this is a qualification process and that the subsequent tendering procedure may also include a classified subcontract for a public contracting authority that will be awarded to the winner of the competition, on the same terms given in the tender documents. Further information on this sub-contract is held back with reference to the EEA agreement's article 123 a). Contract K306 Security systems includes the delivery of electronic security systems for the project New Government Quarter. The following main systems are included: — burglary alarm installations, — access control system, — CCTV, — drone control system. The contract includes electronic security systems for all buildings included in construction stage 1 (lots); the H-block, the D-block, Møllergt 19, the A-block and Kjeller. The total gross area is approx. 96 000 m 2 . Securing perimeters and outdoor works, except for the park, is also a part of construction stage 1. The contract may also include installations and functions for the urban spaces and adjacent buildings. Construction stage 2 shall be an option to the contract. Construction stage 2, as it looks today, comprises the B-Block, the C-Block, the E-Block and the G-Block with a total gross area of approx. 64 000 m 2 .
