It is possible that unforeseen additional services will either be necessary for the completion of the contract or are not separable from it. The Commission reserves the right to award any such contract for unforeseen additional services to be undertaken by the original provider. However this will only apply if the value of the additions does not exceed 50 % of the total value of the contract. Furthermore if a repetition of similar services is required, the Commission reserves the right to award such a contract to the provider originally awarded the contract pursuant to this contract opportunity as part of the same project.
