Wheelchair Provision and Repair.

East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is seeking to procure a provider to deliver a wheelchair service across Great Yarmouth and Waveney to include supply, maintenance and repair either through a single provider or with partners. We are looking for a provider to work in an innovative and person centred way to deliver high quality services which improves the outcomes of service users. The service is required to provide mobility equipment and associated accessories to individuals with long term mobility needs and registered with an NHS Great Yarmouth or NHS Waveney GP. The provider of the wheelchair service must deliver all of the following components either directly or through subcontracting or partner arrangements. All subcontracting or partnering arrangements must be agreed with the commissioners: purchase/provision of equipment; delivery; repairs and maintenance; hand back and collection; refurbishment and decontamination. We are seeking a flexible responsive service that uses innovation to improve the outcomes of service users and ensures that the user's experience is positive in terms of the service they receive.
