The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide a broad range of Corporate Debt Enforcement Services including but not limited to, Taking Control of Goods, Community Penalty Breach, Financial Arrest and Clamping Orders, for members of PfH, or other applicable Public Sector bodies throughout England and Wales. The scope of this contract does not include Scotland or Northern Ireland. The entire framework scope covers all debt types and associated Enforcement Services across all areas of England and Wales without segregation into lots. The corporate debt types within the scope of this framework agreement include, but are not limited to Council Tax, Business Rates, Child Support Awards, Magistrates' Court Fines, Road Traffic Penalties (PCNs) and Commercial Rent.
