The implementing organization is in charge of the overall AGUASAN Workshop preparation, organisation, conduction, evaluation and reporting. For achieving this, it has to: — Facilitate the workshop conceptualization, development, performance and evaluation of the event by leading the steering committee during the preparation, implementation and after action phases; — Coach the case study preparations and presentations, as well as the inputs from selected resource persons; — Organize the workshop venue and excursion, and assure the logistics of the event; — Assure the workshop secretariat in-between and during the workshops; — Report on the event and produce workshop proceedings in electronic format as well as wider publications according to the guidance provided by the steering committee; — Facilitate the workshop by providing a professional moderator (the latter is subject to approval by the steering committee). In collaboration with the steering committee, the implementing organization is responsible for the following outputs of the AGUASAN Workshop: — Minutes of the preparatory meetings, documenting the process and decisions taken; — Workshop announcement and formulas for declaration of intent and motivation; — Workshop programme, methodology and baseline documents for the participants; — Invitation letter for participants including information about the venue and logistics; — Guidelines for resource persons and case study presenters; — Workshop proceedings (on USB stick) with all knowledge elements used and produced; — Publications for the workshop and/or wider audience as identified during/after the event.
