Southern Construction Framework 4

This framework will be open to all public sector organisations for delivery of construction projects as set out below: — SW England: 2 000 000 GBP and above, — SE England: 4 000 000 GBP and above, — London: 5 000 000 GBP and above. By exception, there may be some projects below these values. There may potentially be projects in excess of 200 000 000 GBP. The framework will be available for all types of construction work, construct only or design and construct. The framework will include pre-construction and post contract construction services for the management and development of projects using the principles of 2 stage open book. This SCF 4 is the fourth generation of construction frameworks that have been in place across Southern England since 2006.
