The Provision of Off-site Storage Services for the Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP), the Department for Culture Arts and Leisure (DCAL), the Department for Social Development (DSD), the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment (DETI) and the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) which will allow for other Northern Ireland Departments, Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies (NDPB) and Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPEs) to join the contract when their current arrangements expire. The Contractor(s) services shall provide a secure file/media storage and retrieval service to the Client(s). The service shall include provision of: — a suitable store; — a safe and secure holding area; — suitable shelving; — a caged and/or vaulted area(s) where requested; — suitable barcode labels/boxes/file management system; — staff and vehicles for delivery of files to and from the Client offices; — internet based system access; — tracking and secure scanning facilities; and — urgent/out of hours delivery. Based on current business volumes the annual value of current services is circa 208 000 GBP. Note this is not a guarantee of future value and is for information purposes only. The value may increase to reflect other Users' requirements.
