3173_19 National Online HIV Testing Service (PHE)

Please note this is a Prior Information Notice and tender documentation is not available yet. Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to establish a national Framework Agreement with a single organisation to provide an online HIV self-sampling/testing service for most at risk populations. The framework will be available for use by PHE and all English local authorities with Public Health responsibilities (170 in England). Its use will not be mandatory. The framework period is expected to be 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2021, with the option to extend up to 24 further months.
