NHS Northamptonshire (NHSN) has commissioned a high quality, responsive Out of Hours Primary Medical Services (OOH) tailored to the needs of our local population. The contract was awarded to South East Helath Limited for the service to commence on 1.4.2011 for a period of 5 years, with a commissioner options to extend for a further 2 years in total. Out of Hours services are integral to the future vision for urgent care and demand management in Northamptonshire, as such, South East Health Limited will be working in collaboration with our 8 to 8 centre, hospital A&E services and managing care of minor ailments and injuries away from acute secondary care pathways.
