LTE Group is the parent body of The Manchester College (TMC). TMC together with UCEN Manchester, form one of the largest FE colleges in the UK. A strategic review has been undertaken and has identified the need to restructure the TMC estate both in terms of buildings and curriculum; the outcome of the review was an ambitious strategy to reduce the overall estate by over 30 000 m 2 , and reduce the number of campuses from 14 to just 5, including the establishment of a new Manchester City Centre Campus. TMC is therefore seeking to procure a suitably experienced constructor to assist with the development and delivery of the first phase of anew campus in Manchester City Centre. The first phase is anticipated to provide general and specialist teaching and ancillary accommodation across 18 500 m 2 .
