The objective of this Request for Tenders (RFT) was to provide management and system support of the current Better Energy Information Systems. Also to provide required development skills to modify Information System requirements as required under the National Upgrade Programme. The support contract will be for a term of 1 year with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extensions. The primary requirements can be classified as: — Provision of technical support and system maintenance of current systems. — Provision of a support help desk to act as a primary point of contact for Management and resolution of all application software faults and errors which arise during the course of the support period. — Provision of enhancements to features and functions as required. — Software development skills as required for future Better Energy Programme requirements.
