PURCH1293 — Provision of Extended Response Time Service for BD Flow Cytometers for a Period of 5 Years. This requirement is for a 5 year extended response time service contract for 4 Becton Dickinson flow cytometers: 1off BD FACSAria I, 1off BDFACSAria III, 1off BD LSR II and 1off BD FACSCalibur. These precision instruments are located in the 3I's Flow Cytometry Facility in the Glasgow Biomedical Research Centre. They are heavily used and play a fundamental part in the research of the Institute. They must be maintained, serviced and repaired to an exacting standard. A rapid response is mandatory in the event of a breakdown (within 3 working days or better).
