The 4 Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Groups (Lincolnshire East and Lincolnshire West CCGs and South Lincolnshire and South West Lincolnshire CCGs) are coming together to procure the provision of Care Home beds for eligible fully funded continuing health care residents in Lincolnshire. The Contract will be for a period of 20 months to align with the current AQP. Please Note: The providers who are already on the existing AQP list do not need to re-apply. The ITT is available and the deadline for responses is 12:00 on 16.9.2016.
