Government directives require us to provide an out of hour's service to respond to the needs of service users and their families as they arise at any time outside normal office hours. The contract will provide access to appropriately trained social care managers and staff at all times outside Social Care's normal business hours (detailed below), and would include the provision of office accommodation and all associated furniture and equipment including IT to support and facilitate this service. It is divided into two Lots, based upon the PCC division of our own Social Workers; a Children and Families Service and an Adults Service Lot 1 (Childrens and Families) Out of Hours: from 17:00 –8:30 Monday - Thursday from 16:30 on Friday until 8:30 Monday All bank holidays Lot 2 (Adult Services) Out of Hours: from 17:00–8:30 Monday - Thursday from 16:30 on Friday (including Good Friday) until 10:00 on Saturday from 16:00 on Saturday until 10:00 on Sunday from 16:00 on Sunday until 20:30 on Monday
