A more detailed specification is available within the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) document. Translink incorporating Metro, NI Railways and Ulsterbus invite applications from professional organisations for the provision of public relations and event management services. Public Transport in Northern Ireland has been a real success story, now delivering around 80 million passenger journeys each year, This follows a range of service developments and enhancements including new buses, trains, improved station facilities, infrastructure developments and new innovations in integrated ticketing and passenger information. As one of the most high profile businesses in Northern Ireland, we are looking for a PR agency to work with us to help raise the profile of public transport and Translink’s corporate image. Experience in handling public facing accounts will be beneficial. Commencement date of contract: Approximately 1.5.2011. Central to this will be taking a proactive approach to developing communication campaigns to help promote Translink’s key messages and in turn help deliver the overall Corporate Plan. A more detailed specification is available within the PQQ document. The aim of this exercise is to award one contract to a supplier to provide these services. The anticipated start date is Quarter 2, 2011. Dates may be subject to change. Translink reserve the right to accept part of any Tender from one or any number of Tenderers and may change the contracting strategy at any time.
