E 03 Supplementary Abu Shanab WWTP On Greenfield Site (Capacity Of 6,500 M3/D)

The Scope of Works for this Contract is (i) to design a supplementary wastewater treatment plant on Greenfield Site with secondary treatment of an ultimate capacity of 13,000 m3/d, (ii) to design and build a new wastewater plant of capacity 6,500m3/d. A number of elements of the Stage 1 will be sized to facilitate the expansion of the WWTP to treat the Stage 2 design capacity of 13,000 m3/d. Furthermore, certain treatment units and buildings shall be designed and constructed considering both the existing plant and the new plant capacity, (ii) to provide Operation and Maintenance Training for the Employer’s Staff and supervise the operation and maintenance of the WWTP during the Defects Notification Period.
