Data Collection, hydraulic and morphological modelling of the Danube River and the Sava River in the Republic of Serbia

Contracting Authority is Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure. Contract’s scope includes preparation of basis for future works on selected navigation bottlenecks, in order to align future development gradually to standard of Rhine-Danube corridor based on a requirements analysis, which evaluates the needs of shipping sector. The scope of Works Contract refers to field surveys, investigations and data acquisition (LOT2), development of 1D hydraulic model, redefinition and prioritisation of the navigational bottlenecks and set up of criteria for multi-criteria analysis, field investigations of critical sectors (LOT2), definition of an alternative solutions for prioritized sectors and 2D hydrodynamic and morphological modelling, development of an integrated study on alternative solutions. Financing - Finance Contract for Serbian IWW infrastructure between Republic of Serbia and EIB (Official Gazette of RS, No. 2/19), subject to confirmation, with co-financing from CEF.
