Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint an organisation to collect and safely treat, recover and/or dispose of hazardous household waste generated within Northumberland. Northumberland County Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced and competent contractors(s) to provide the following requirements Provision of Interceptor Inspection and Maintenance This contract covers the inspection and maintenance of interceptors, which may result in the need for condition surveys of foul and storm drainage systems, including disposal of any associated hazardous waste, (compromising mainly of oil and diesel) at various sites throughout the county in accordance with current legislation.
