The proposed works are likely to involve but not limited to, supply and installation of the following, including completion of post-contract design works: Stage 3A Highway and Infrastructure works, — toilets and welfare facilities including fittings and MEICA, — clock tower square including the heritage asset refurbishment and installation, hard and soft landscaping, and street furniture., — marina curve access road to include the paving works, — marina curve hard and soft landscaping, — marina curve/berth holder parking including paving, — boatyard access road (other side of the wick channel) including the bellmouth, paving and services, — New Boatyard surfacing, MEICA and the demolition of C shed, — CCTV including fixtures and fittings, — Comms including fixtures and fittings, — marina curve protrusion, surfacing and MEICA around buildings, — PoWP resurfacing and demolition of the existing toilet and café facilities.
