This Joint Procurement currently comprises the following individual Housing Associations; Oaklee Trinity Ltd, Ark Housing Association, South Ulster Housing Association Ltd, Ark Housing Association Ltd, Connswater Homes, Ulidia Housing Association and Helm Housing Association. These housing associations are responsible for procuring social housing project allocated by the Department for Social Development, this may also include other social and non social housing schemes and house/site purchase as they become available. The purpose of this joint procurement procedure is to appoint up to 2 framework agreements for the provision of Design Team Consultancy on new social housing projects allocated for the period April 2015 to March 2019/20 this may include other social and non social housing schemes and house/site purchase. Each framework agreement is to correspond to one of the following; Lot 1 estimated construction value of less than 3 000 000 GBP. Lot 2 estimated construction value of 3 000 000 GBP and over. Separate competitions are being conducted in relation to each Lot, and economic operators are required to submit a separate Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and (if selected) a tender in respect of each Lot they wish to compete.
