Birmingham City Council invites organisations to make an application to be considered for the provision of civil parking enforcement services. The service will be in two distinct but interdependent service elements. Service element Schedule A is for the provision of Civil Enforcement Officers to enforce parking restrictions both on and off-street throughout the city, a vehicle removal, storage and pound operation service to support the parking enforcement. Service element Schedule B is for a call off contract to provide expert specialist support to introduce TROs to support new development projects support the maintenance and upkeep of the TRO records. The contract will commence in February 2015 and run for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 year period. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this framework and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details.
