A prior information notice regarding a Framework agreement for Ventilation services (a service agreement). See attached documents for further information. The aim of this prior information notice is to get feedback from tenderers on conditions that can particularly distort the competition or any other uncertainties that you have regarding the tender documentation. By publishing a Prior information notice before the actual tender notice, we hope to avoid questions and corrections which may result in changing the tender documents during the publication period, or worst case scenario: cancel the tender contest. The contracting authority reserves the right to assess whether any received comments shall lead to changes in the tender documentation. Feedback to the contracting authority shall be given via Mercell. Feedback deadline: Friday 3.8.2018. The tender contest will be published shortly after this deadline.
