The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation LTD , Pune , INDIA (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) has applied for a loan from the European Investment Bank – EIB (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) – towards the cost of the Pune metro rail project. This International Invitation for Tenders relates to the contract for “Construction of Seven (07) Nos. Elevated Metro Rail Stations.” This contract will include: Construction of Seven (07) Nos. Elevated Metro Rail Stations Excluding Viaduct Viz. Ramwadi, Kalyani Nagar, Yerawada, Bund Garden, Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune Stn and Mangalwarpeth on Reach-3 of Pune Metro Rail Project. This contract is expected to be implemented from November, 2018 to January, 2021. The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation are, in decreasing order of importance: [Enlisted in Section-III]. All firms are invited to participate in the tender. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from, and inspect the Tender Documents at: Maha-Metro’s E-Tender Portal: https://mahametrorail.etenders.in A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased on the submission of an application to the above address, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1 18 000 INR (Including 18 % GST) to as per the procedure of E-Tender Portal of Maha-Metro bearing the name of the project. On request, against a faxed copy of the evidence of the remittance, the Tender Documents may be sent by courier service if the transport is previously ordered by the Tenderer in his country. The Borrower bears no responsibility for the delivery in such a case. A Bid Security of 20 000 000 INR fulfilling the conditions indicated in the Tender Documents must accompany all tenders. All tenders must be submitted online in envelopes bearing “Technical Package” and “Financial Package” separately not later than 16:00 Hrs. on 22.8.2018 at the following address: ETender Portal of Maha-Metro: https://mahametrorail.etenders.in. Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
