The competition is for the delivery of reinforced nursing home places for persons with dementia and other compound needs. The service requirement is individual for each individual person and therefore it must also be taken into account when the contract is signed and when ordering services are carried out. Each assignment must be tailored in relation to each individual ́s need and the municipality ́s decision on services. The need for nursing home places varies in extent and is purchased individually from case to case. The municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several actors in order to ensure availability, good terms and compliance with the regulations. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. NB: The procedure stated in point IV.1.1 in the notice is incorrect. The correct procedure shall be an open tender contest. See the procurement documents for further information.
