MK Gallery Expansion Project.

This Project involves works to an existing gallery including the construction of a substantial new 4-storey building. This new building will consist of 2nr double height levels which are divided into a range of exhibition and cinema spaces. These spaces are to be of a high quality finish and include close environmental control. This is an important requirement in order to accommodate the wide variety of arts installations which MKGallery aims to attract. This new building will link into the existing gallery and will involve the replacement and incorporation of existing services. This work is to be procured using a 2-stage Tender and looks to gain contractor input into the design process.
