LCC is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the delivery of the Care and Urgent Needs Support Scheme by the Term and Conditions and Service Specification provided. LCC wishes to secure access to essential household items and white goods for provision on its behalf as part of the Care and Urgent Needs Support Scheme. The Supplier shall supply the services in accordance with the applicable terms and any express terms set out in the order. The provider shall provide the services from the date specified in the order or, if no date is specified, from the date such order comers into force accordance with the applicable terms. The service required will be countywide and will cover the 9 districts based within the three localities of Lancashire (North, Central, and East). Partnership or consortium bids will also be considered, to ensure geographical coverage can be met. The contract award will be made on a countywide basis or by the 3 individual localities. Please note the preferred preference is to award the contract to one provider on a County Wide basis.
