South Lanarkshire Council wish to appoint a service provider for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Service to assist employees who require this therapy to help them cope better with mental health problems and life issues. Recognising that there are a number of initiatives and strategies which can be implemented to promote positive overall health and wellbeing which can have a significant impact on job performance this will be offered as part of the Employee Assistance Programme. This contract can also be utilised by employees from South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture, SEEMIS.
