The subject of this tender is the Provision of telephony services, hosting and support for the Ministry for Education including: • Provision of telephony services to MEYR and the indicated sites, including their maintenance and support on all system including core hardware, user assistance and telephone sets. • Monitoring of the system so that any faults are pro-actively identified and rectified by the contractor. • The telephony consumption at the stipulated rates in this tender. The cost of this consumption will vary from month to month. • Migration of existing outdated Alcatel telephony system to a more recent technology through the existing Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM). This would provide MEYR with a consolidated environment and the capability for future enhancements etc Please refer to tender document
