Stortingets administrasjon would like to procure assistance for the development of a new graphical profile programme for the Norwegian Parliament. The design handbook that currently applies was completed in 2001 and there is now a need to renew the graphical profile. The Parliament building is 150 years old in 2016 and we would like to have the new graphical profile in use by the start of the Jubilee year. The delivery shall result in a complete graphical manual with basic elements such as logo, colours, fonts, graphical elements and picture use. The manual shall also include detailed examples of the use of the graphical profile in digital channels, printed matter (various degrees of formality), office documents (such as templates, presentations, envelopes) and other applications such as signs, exhibitions, advertisements and profile material. The procurement comprises the development of the new graphical profile programme cf. Point 3.1) In addition, the Contracting Authority will enter into a framework agreement for assistance with the implementation of the graphical profile (without a unilateral right for the tenderer). This shall be assistance in the form of both consultancy services and the practical execution of various types of assignments such as a new graphical design of brochure material, adaptations of templates, etc. The expected start of the development of the graphical profile is 1.6.2015.
